Arin Mishra
Arin has coached inside elite pathway systems in both India and Australia — from state-level U19 cricket to Melbourne's premier club and representative structures. His coaching is direct, structured and evidence-based: assess honestly, prioritise ruthlessly, and build the athlete, not just the shot.
He founded Melbourne Elite Sports Coaching on a simple conviction — that junior cricket over-coaches technique and under-coaches everything else. The four-pillar system exists to fix that.
